Problems Treated

This section will focus on the specific types of problems that you treat.  For example, depression, anxiety, phobias, grief, substance abuse, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bi-polar disorder, marital problems, family issues, eating disorders, sexual abuse and neglect, etc.

Population Served

It is important to list the population you serve, e.g. adults, children, elderly, women, etc.  If you work with a special population you may want to discuss the unique services that you offer to this population.

What techniques do you use in counseling?  Do you follow a specific school or counseling philosophy?  Explain your counseling approach with links to other resources.

Since insurance fees  and HMOs are rapidly changing, it is suggested that you give a brief sentence saying "most insurances accepted."  or "Sliding scale" or "happy to discuss fees with you".

Directions to the Office

It would be helpful to provide a map or written directions to your office.  Mention if your office is handicap accessible and public transportation that is close to your office.
